Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add cooking oil, peppers and onions in a large skillet and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

sautee the vegetables in a pan

Move the peppers and onions to one side of the skillet and then cook the ground chicken. Once chicken is cooked, drain any excess liquid.

add ground chicken and cook until done

Add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese is well combined.

Add 4 slices of provolone cheese to the chicken mixture and mix until melted.

Take a knife and slice through the center of the brioche rolls to separate them. Place the bottom portion of the rolls on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes to prevent the sliders from getting soggy.

After 1-2 minutes in the broiler, take the rolls out of the oven and add the chicken mixture evenly on top.

add chicken mixture to buns

Top with 6 slices of provolone cheese and then place the other half of the rolls on top.
