No Bake Oreo Layered Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3-4 drops of red food coloring.
  • 3-4 drops of orange food coloring.
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 2 – 3.4 oz boxes of white chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups of milk, cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Oreo Layer:

Process Oreos in a food processor until you have fine crumbs.

Toss crumbs with melted butter and spread into a 9 x 13 in pan or baking dish.

Place dish in the freezer while you prepare the other layers.

Note: You can use a smaller pan which will result in a thicker crust. If you want a thick Oreo crust, double the recipe for the crushed Oreos!

Make the heavy whipping cream:

In a large bowl, pour in 2 cups of heavy cream with ½ cup of powdered sugar.

Beat for 3-5 minutes until thick and stiff peaks form.

Cheesecake Layer:

In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and the powdered sugar until creamy.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 3-4 drops of red food coloring.

Fold in 1 cup of the 1/3 of the whipped topping.

Spread cream cheese layer over the crust. Set aside.

Pudding Layer:

Beat together the pudding mixes and the milk using a whisk attachment.

Continue to whisk until mixture is thickened.

Fold in another 1/3 of the whipped topping and orange food coloring.

Carefully spread pudding over cream cheese layer.

Spread the remaining whipped cream over the top of the cake.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with sprinkles, additional crushed Oreos or any other favorite toppings!

Absolutely! Any flavor of Oreos will work – feel free to use limited edition flavors too!

Can I use a different flavor of pudding?
