Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup green candy melts
- 1/2 cup white candy melts
- 12 Star sprinkles
- 1 tsp nonpareils sprinkles
Instructions
Melt the Candy
Using the package instructions, melt the white candy melts until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, melt the green candy melts until smooth and creamy. Place the melted green candy into a piping bag.
Create the Snow
Using the melted white candy, dip the bottom of each Oreo. Ensure it’s fully coated at the bottom only, leaving room to add the Christmas tree. Tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to remove the excess white candy.
Place the coated Oreos onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or onto a plate.
Create Christmas Trees
Drizzle the green candy over the top of each Oreo in a zigzag pattern, in the shape of a Christmas tree.
Decorate the Trees
While the trees are still wet, place a star sprinkle on the top of each tree.
Sprinkle the sprinkles onto the trees to look like Christmas ornaments.
Allow the cookies to set completely before serving or storing. You can place them in the fridge for 10 minutes to speed up the process.
