Peppermint White Chocolate Graham Crackers

Prep time: 10 minutes / Wait time: 30-60 minutes

Yields: 20 crackers

Ingredients

  • 10 whole graham crackers
  • 20 ounces white almond bark or white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint

This recipe is easily scaleable, but you should be okay with ¼ cup crushed peppermint unless you are doing a LOT of dipped crackers.

Instructions

Break whole crackers in half to form two square crackers.

Place parchment paper on a baking tray.

Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl for (2) 30-second increments, stirring in between. Continue to stir until melted.

Dip both sides of the crackers into the almond bark.

Allow any excess chocolate to drip off the crackers.

Place the crackers on the parchment paper, making sure to give a little space between to allow for space for the chocolate to puddle.

Sprinkle the tops of the crackers with crushed peppermint.

Allow the crackers to set.

This can take up to 30 minutes to an hour depending on humidity.

Note: These crackers can keep for a couple weeks in an airtight container, with parchment paper between each layer.
