Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 15 oz can pure pumpkin
- 1 ½ tsp pumpkin spice
- ¼ cup pecans, chopped
Directions
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a small bowl. Pour into a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread out, then flatten to form the crust.
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar on high until combined. Then beat in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping on medium speed.
Spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust.
Refrigerate while you prepare the next pumpkin layer.
Beat the vanilla pudding and evaporated milk
